The klein D228-7 is a pair of 7-Inch long, high-leverage diagonal cutting pliers. All klein diagonal-cutting pliers are made of custom, US-made tool steel and have plastic-dipped handles, a hot-riveted joint, induction hardened cutting knives and short jaws and beveled cutting edges. These pliers have a high-leverage design, which means that the rivet is closer to the cutting edge for 36 percent greater cutting power than other plier designs
